Usage:

According to different shape, size and surface state of the base material, appropriate application methods such as shower coating, wiping coating or spray coating is selected. It is suggested to try coating in a small area before application. Take shower coating for example to describe application steps briefly as follows:

Step 1: Primer coating. Clean and dedusting the substrate after grinding, select the appropriate process to coat the primer, and leave it for 3 minutes after coating.

Step 2: Heat-curing of primer coating. Heating at 100℃ for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3: Surface coating. Sanding, dust removal, selection of appropriate process for coating;

Step 4: UV curing of surface coating. 3000 W UV lamp (10-20 cm apart, wavelength365 nm) illuminates for 10 seconds for curing.

Notes:

1. Keep sealed and store in a cool place, make the label clear to avoid misusing.
