Application Field
It is used for producing high insulation PVB film by means of internal adding, which can be used in automobile, building glue glass, with the purpose of heat insulation and energy-saving glass.
Application Method
According to the thickness of PVB film and the optical index required , the heat insulating medium was added into the plasticizer as weight ratio 0.4% -2%. The plasticizer and PVB resin are blended, extruded and calendered by point spraying and stirring to produce high performance PVB insulation film.
